Information submitted
The quote form may collect contact details, company, city and state, equipment descriptions, manufacturer and catalog information, quantity, condition, timing, messages, and uploaded equipment photographs. Do not submit government identifiers, financial account data, employee files, private customer records, access codes, or unrelated personal information.
Purpose and handling
Submission information is used to evaluate and respond to an equipment inquiry, clarify the lot, manage potential transaction steps, prevent abuse, and maintain operational records. Contact and equipment details are also sent through Web3Forms so the inquiry can be delivered to the business email inbox. Uploaded equipment-photo files remain in managed website storage; the email notice states the photo count and submission reference rather than attaching those files. Access should be limited to people and providers who need the information for those purposes.
Analytics and sensitive data
Analytics must not receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, free-form messages, image contents, serial numbers, or fine-grained seller locations. Technical traffic data may be used to understand page performance and diagnose errors.
Retention, security and requests
Records should be retained only as long as operational, legal, security, and transaction needs justify. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact the business to ask about correction or deletion, subject to legitimate retention obligations.
